How To

7.7.png

Daily Activity - Each Day make an effort to accomplish the activity or use your imagination for something similar

Daily Affirmation - Read, write and repeat as many times as it takes to resonate with these words

If you want these cards to work you need to work with them everyday.

I've been told many times that these cards need more instructions.

but the truth is...

is that all you need to do is read the instructions! â€‹

The first day you many not even remember about the cards.

But with each passing day,

try your best to remember them and do what they say!

I promise you it's not hard.

And until you can recite each affirmation by memory,

you are not done with these cards.

The daily activities and affirmations may make you uncomfortable,

But this is the feeling that you want to dive deeper into

WHY

Why is my body in such a state of struggle?

No one has gotten to where they are by staying in one place.

So just make sure to breathe and

keep asking questions while listening for answers.

When I say listen,

I mean use all your senses to help you find your answers.

Sometimes hearing part of a conversation a stranger is having will give you something you were missing.

Or even the words coming out of your own mouth.

Watch the earth as it only has your best interest at heart.

Smells of nostalgia may open up wounds

and the taste of food may bring back memories.

Activities

Try to accomplish the daily activity as best you can,

even if that means watching a sunrise for 2 minutes,

just enough time to take a picture and go back to bed.

The activities should be no stress.

If you can not get to the ocean,

go to a lake or a large body of water.

None of the above?

Fill your bathtub or sink with water

and just appreciate what you have in front of you.

Being in the moment is all that is important.

Affirmations

An affirmation is a promise, statement, oath or vow.

Using affirmations as a shield against your own negative thoughts and feelings is how you go about it.

For the daily affirmation you need to read it out loud,

write it down as many places you can

and repeat it so many times that you can recite it any day at any time.

Recite your affirmation in the face of fear.

The affirmations are there to make you feel good.

Some may trigger you, but that is part of the process.

Work with the emotions and thoughts that surface and ask yourself why

It is that simple.

These cards are not a quick fix.

They are here to build a habit or change a routine.

This takes time.

If you are having a hard time getting past a day... skip it!

You'll get another chance when you start the cards over!

Once you have all of the affirmations memorized

Do the same process with the affirmations but with the symbol in the top left corner

Try to draw out the symbol anywhere and everywhere

Because that symbol means the affirmation!

These cards are meant to help you with the most love while spending the least amount of money!

Think of your body like a yin and yang swirling in every direction.

Yin is a symbol of earth, the Feminine, darkness, passivity, and absorption.

Yang is conceived of as heaven, the Masculine, light, activity, and penetration.

Go to much in one direction and its no longer balanced.

Creating balance within the body is work.

There is no way around it

This is not a quick fix.

You need to spend days working your mental mind to connect to your physical body

We all have feminine and Masculine energies within
